Over lockdown I have been thinking, should I start a bit of a blog? Nothing too exciting or groundbreaking, but somewhere to put down some sensible advice and maybe dispel some silly ideas around health and physiotherapy. Also putting down some of my own personal things like exercises etc that I do, to try and help anyone who might be interested.
